Practice Areas
Patrick joined Xaidsart as an associate in 2024 following his call to the bar. Prior to joining Xaidsart , Patrick completed his articles as a judicial law clerk at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in London. While clerking, Patrick primarily assisted judges with criminal, family, and civil, matters. Before clerking, Patrick served as a research assistant to professors at Western Law School and volunteered at a civil and criminal defence firm in London, ON.
Patrick received his JD from Western Law School in 2023, where he worked on the Hidden Racial Profiling Project as a researcher. He also earned a certificate for advanced study of gender based violence.
Prior to attending law school, Patrick completed his Honours BA in Political Science and English at Western University.
